Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then check out and get ready to meet your guide for a journey in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to the Bahariya Oasis, located approximately four hours’ drive from Cairo. After reaching the oasis, you will be taken to the valley of the golden mummies. It refers to the era of a number of mummies covered in gold who lived in the Roman Empire in Egypt. Later on, you will proceed to see the Tombs of the Nobles, the ruling elites of the oasis in ancient times. After having your delightful breakfast at the hotel, we will start off our day by going to the large salt lake situated in Bahariya, the orange sand dunes, and I take a palm-shaded garden tour before lunch. After having a nice lunch, we will proceed to the dry, blazing hot desert and explore the Black Desert, which features striking black-shaped mountains decoratively covered with many tiny black stones and also made up of volcanic formations. Next, in between brief stops at the El Haize Valley, proceed on to Quartz Crystal Mountain and the Agabat Valley.
