Itinerates

Your guide will pick you up at your Aswan hotel to drive an hour in your private, air-conditioned vehicle to Kom Ombo. The weird double temple of Kom Ombo was dedicated to Haroeris, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile god. The Kom Ombo temple is one of the temples that were built during the Greco-Roman period in Egypt. You will then be amazed with skilled carvings depicting scenes from the ancient Egyptian calendar and tools used in medicine, before heading to the crocodile museum containing about 300 mummified crocodiles.

You will sail for about two hours until you reach the city of Edfu, where, with a guide, you will visit the Temple of Edfu, the god with the head of a falcon: Horus. The Temple of Edfu is the best-preserved temple concerning all other Egyptian temples. This building and construction took place from 237 to 57 BC and consisted of numerous enlargements during the Ptolemaic period, from 332 to 30 BC. You will be returned to your hotel in Aswan or transferred to your hotel in Luxor, whichever you would like, with no additional cost at the end of your tour.
